Submission Guidelines

Full Paper Submission along with Abstrct

Abstract Length	Not exceeding 300 words, including all the important key words
Full Paper Length Along With Abstract	Not exceeding 4000 words (excluding references).

Poster Submission

Maximum two students are allowed for Poster submission.
Students will have to upload their posters in portrait format during the registration process and will have to present the same. It must have a short title. Photos, info-graphics, figures and tables may be used. All the text must be in English.

Paper Review & Publication

Procedure for Review	The Research Paper/ Poster will be reviewed on parameters of originality, relevance, and contribution to the knowledge domain. The Research Paper/ Poster will undergo a single-blind peer review process.
Plagiarism Alert and Disclaimer	Only original and unpublished research work is invited. Any submission which is identical or substantially similar to work already published, will not be considered. The full paper received will be checked for Plagiarism using software.
Publication	The selected Research Paper/ Poster will be assessed by Editorial Committee and will be accepted for publication only after positive response by Editorial Committee. Selected papers will be published in conference book with ISBN/Peer Reviewed Journal with ISSN/UGC Care List Journals (Publication fees may be charged separately as per the requirement of the Journals).

Participation in the Conference

Paper Presentation	At least one author needs to remain present during conference to get the certificate of paper presentation otherwise it will be treated as in absentia.
Attendees	Only Participation in the conference without a research paper is allowed. They need to register and pay the fees accordingly.

Cash Award

Best Research paper and Best poster presentation will be awarded.
